We are excited to announce that JadeBliz has recently received funding from Future Screen NI to develop an innovative edutainment game using the latest XR technology.
The game is inspired by Karl Popper’s philosophy of science, which is characterised by being ‘Interdisciplinary,’ ‘Challenging the Norm,’ ‘Rebellious,’ and promoting a ‘Holistic Understanding of the World’ (Coote, 2023). It also draws upon Plato’s famous reflection: “The science [geometry] is pursued for the sake of the knowledge of what eternally exists, and not of what comes for a moment into existence, and then perishes.”
At JadeBliz, we are particularly passionate about creating educational games that neurodivergent individuals can enjoy, addressing the lack of resources currently available to neurodivergent youth. We have tested our latest demos with this community and have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both parents and users.
